"Groundhog" is a song by Beethoven with lyrics by Goethe. The whole song has a typical romantic sadness, but not Chopin style, more like Gypsy style. Beethoven wrote a wide range of works, including 9 symphonies, 1 opera, 32 piano sonatas, 5 piano concertos and so on. For his significant contributions to classical music, he developed and innovated the structure of sonata form and symphonies. "Groundhog" is a typical German poem, plain language, description is not very deep. Its lyricist Goethe is the most famous representative of Weimar classicism. In his works, Goethe did not attempt to "embody something abstract" in his works, but merely processed the "perceptual, vivid, lovable and colorful" and "impression" he obtained from life "in an artistic way" and provided people with "vivid depiction". Beethoven's "Groundhog," two paragraphs. Paragraph A corresponds to the first four lines of the lyrics, which seems to be a lament, reflecting "I have traveled everywhere to live." Paragraph B corresponds to the last two lines of lyrics, in the "Ah groundhog" sentence from the major, the artistic conception is open, not only push the emotional climax, but also reflect the "I have walked through many places" free and easy; Back to minor in the last sentence.
