If you like to drink boiled milk, you can observe the milk skin formed on the surface of milk after boiling and cooling. The one with complete skin on the surface is good milk, and the one with tofu flower on the surface is bad milk.
At the same price, choose products with high fat content. The higher the milk fat content of general raw milk, the better the quality. Unlike protein, dairy fat is rarely adulterated with artificial chemicals. And a high protein content does not necessarily mean that the milk quality is good.
Products with the same fat content, choose low-temperature sterilization, because low-temperature sterilization products have more comprehensive nutrient retention. If you don't mind being a little more expensive, choose "fresh house" milk packaging, which is more able to maintain the freshness and taste of milk.
