Steps/methods

Ingredients: Gluten (torn), cucumber (cleaned and cut), cooked pork belly (cut)

Put the torn gluten into the pot, blanch, remove.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok. Add the cooked pork belly and blanched gluten. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
